§ 1 Area of application, customer information

The following General Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Guido Höner, Fischhaus Zepkow, and consumers and companies buying goods via our shop. We shall not accept any conflicting conditions or conditions of the company deviating from our General Terms and Conditions. Moreover, these General Terms and Conditions include customer information in compliance with the BGB-Infoverordnung (German Civil Code Information Directives). The contractual language shall be German.

§ 2 Conclusion of contract

(1)Our Internet offers represent a non-binding invitation for you to place an order with us.

(2)Having entered your data and clicked on the order button, you submit a binding quote to conclude a contract of sale. However, you may also place a binding order with us by phone or by fax.

(3)Upon the confirmation of receipt immediately sent by e-mail or by fax, your offer shall be at the same time accepted and the purchase contract therewith concluded. In the event of an order by phone, the contract of sale is concluded if we accept your quote by return. Should we not accept the quote by return, you shall no longer be bound to it either.

§ 3 Customer information:

Storage of offer text We will store the contractual wording with information about the item. You shall not have access to the contractual wording via the Internet.

§ 4 Customer information:

Correction reference Before placing an order you may correct your entries at any time. On your way across the order process we will inform you about your correction possibilities.

§ 5 Return charges when exercising the right of revocation

In the event of revocation you shall bear the return charges if the goods delivered comply with the goods ordered and if the price of the goods returned does not exceed an amount of 40.00 euros or if in the event of a higher price of the goods at the time of revocation you have not yet reciprocated or made a contractually agreed partial payment. You shall only have to pay the regular charges for the return consignment. Any extra expenses arising e.g. due to a change of our place of business or due to the appliance of expensive transport services as requested by us will be at our expense.

§ 6 Warranty

Warranty shall be subject to the legal requirements.
