§ 1 General

We will process your personal data (e.g. title, name, address, e-mail address, phone number, bank account, credit card number) exclusively according to the provisions of German data privacy laws. The following regulations will inform you about the kind, scope and purpose of the collection, processing and utilization of personal data. This data privacy statement shall exclusively refer to our websites. Should you be forwarded to other pages via links you should read up on the respective way of dealing with your data there.

§ 2 Automatic data acquisition

For technical reasons, the following data transmitted to us by your Internet browser is collected among others: - kind and version of browser - operating system used - website from which you visit us (referrer URL) - website visited by you - date and time of your access - your Internet Protocol (IP)-address. This anonymous data is stored separately from your personal data probably stated by you and therefore does not allow to determine a certain identity. It is evaluated for statistical purposes in order to optimise our services. After evaluation this data is deleted.

§ 3 Inventory data

(1)As far as required for the justification, content or amendment of the implementation of the contract (inventory data), your personal data will be exclusively used for order processing. For example, delivery of the merchandise requires your name and address being forwarded to the supplier of goods. Without your express consent or any legal basis your personal data shall not be forwarded to any party not involved in the order processing.

(2)By order of the appropriate authorities, information about inventory data may be disclosed in the individual case a far as required for the purpose of criminal prosecution, danger prevention by police authorities of the countries, for performing statutory obligations of the German federal and state constitution protection agencies, the Bundesnachrichtendienst (German Federal Intelligence Service) or the German Military Counter Intelligence Service or for the protection of intellectual property rights.

§ 4 Information about cookies

(1)So-called cookies for the recognition of multiple utilization of an offer by the same user are applied. Cookies are small text files stored and saved by your Internet browser on your computer. Should you revisit our page, these cookies give information in order to recognize you automatically. This recognition is realised based on your IP-address stored in the cookies. The information gained this way serves for the optimisation of our services and for enabling you easier access to our page.
