In case it is possible for you to pickup the ordered items (incl. living fish) from our place, there are of course no shipping costs. Because we do not have a shop with regular opening hours, an appointment has to be made in this case. Please write us an e-mail or telephone us if you would like to come.

Our items (excl. living fish) are shipped by Postal Servie/DHL. The shipping costs are calculated automatically during the ordering process on the basis of the item's weight and volume and the recipient's zone (see below).
• A note regarding mail-order inside Germany:
Because of the maximum height of letters (see below) we chose the small parcel as our default value. Therefore, the automatic calculation of shipping costs will result in a minimum of 5,00 €. In case we can send your ordered item/s by letter, you will get back 2,00 € resp. 3,00 € after having paid in advance. If you would like to know before whether a letter is possible or a parcel is necessary, please ask us.

Living fish is transported by a shipper. You have to contact us directly because in this case, your order is not conducted through the webshop and a binding delivery date has to be fixed.

Possibly, there might arise further taxes or costs that are not transmitted by us or are invoiced by us (e.g. custom duties for deliveries to other countries).

As professional traders, the shipping risk is wholly born by us also in case of uninsured shipping.
